How to file a complaint
Write to hola@akeda.dev including:
- Your name and a way to contact you.
- Your business name, if you are an AKEDA AI client.
- What happened, when, and what outcome you expect.
We confirm receipt and reply through the same channel. Don't include your customers' data or passwords.
Other options
Using this channel doesn't stop you from going to Indecopi (opens in a new tab) or another competent authority.
