This policy covers the akeda.dev website. Data handled inside the AKEDA AI app (dashboard and assistant) has its own policy.

1. Scope and controller

2. What data this site handles

  • Forms: the site has no forms that send data to AKEDA. The guided form builds a draft in your browser and opens WhatsApp; we don't store your answers. You decide whether to send the message.
  • Messages you send us: if you write on WhatsApp or by email, we receive your number or email, your profile name and what you write. We use it to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal.
  • Analytics: only if you accept, we use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate (pages viewed, device type, traffic source, approximate location). If you decline, it is not loaded.
  • Cookie preference: we store in your browser whether you accepted or declined analytics. It never leaves your device.
  • Technical logs: the site's hosting provider processes technical data for each visit (such as IP address) to serve and protect the page.

3. Third parties involved

Some of these providers process data outside Peru. We don't sell your data or share it for purposes other than those described here.

4. How long we keep it

Contact conversations are kept while useful to handle your inquiry or the business relationship, and we delete them if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them. Analytics data is kept by Google according to the account's retention settings.

5. Your rights

Under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) you can request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data by writing to hola@akeda.dev. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can contact the National Personal Data Protection Authority (opens in a new tab).

You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

6. Changes

If the way we handle data on this site changes, we update this page and its date. See also the cookie policy and the terms and conditions.
